Ideal for anyone seeking a detoxifying, yet relaxing
experience. One of the lymph system's main purposes is
to cleanse the body of accumulated toxins. Using a
light pressure, the therapist's focused strokes promote
increased lymph circulation, resulting in a "jump start" of
the detoxification process. Results vary based on the
individual's pre-treatment level of wellness. We
recommend increasing your water intake for 48-72 hours after
your service to facilitate the removal of excess toxins from
the blood stream.

Our therapists use warmed river stones on your back,
shoulder or neck areas during your regularly scheduled massage. Please reserve your add-on

Native American
Purification Ritual

Honoring our indigenous cultures, we
have incorporated a purification ceremony that prepares the
body, mind and soul for healing. Sage, sweet grass or
cedar are used to clear negative energy, infuse positive
vibration and create a sacred, healing space. Your
practitioner lights a bundle of herbs and gently circles the
room, setting an intention of nurturing and healing. You
may choose to set an intention, as well - please discuss this
with your practitioner. The smoke is then gently wafted
over your entire body to release any energetic issues that you
no longer require.

Sea
Scrub Add-on

Your tootsies are exfoliated with a mixture of sea salt scrub and essential oils. Followed with a
deeply moisturizing massage, leaving your feet feeling "oh-so-good."
Treatment times are based on a "professional hour"
(example: 55 minutes per hour-long session), to allow you to relax and arise
from the treatment table without haste.
