Dena Besh is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master, Author and Guest Lecturer.  For more than 20 years, she has been dedicated to assisting individuals tap into the innate healing potential that is hidden within each of us.  As a Life Coach and Energy Specialist, she brings messages of hope and encouragement to her local clients, as well as those all over the Earth, and lovingly awakens them to current shifts in universal and personal realizations.

Dena was born in Borger Texas.  She has known since her memory of 4 years of age that she was a natural clairvoyant, with the capacity to see and interact with Guides, Angels and the "other side".  Not wanting to be different, Dena suppressed her innate abilities through her school years until the age of 18 when they once again appeared in her life.  From this point on, she has never let them go. 

She takes the miracle of "messages" very seriously and believes she can help others by the messages she receives for them.  Working with you, she can look into your past and present, and help you work through the challenges that you have been faced with to create a better future.  According to Dena, psychic gifts are not unique or peculiar, but rather an integral part of each individual on our Earth.  The key lessons are allowing ourselves to be open to these experiences, to prepare and then share these gifts with others openly, lovingly and authentically.

A former corporate employee, Dena now sheds light on self-empowerment and healing.  She shares her experiences with others, having struggled with many of the same issues that others face on their life path to self-rediscovery.  Dena's seminar attendees receive priceless tools to assist in their progression to the next level of their spiritual growth.  Dena currently presents compelling experiential seminars throughout the U.S. and around the globe, opening peoples' hearts and reconnecting them with their authentic Self. 

Dena, also known by her Native American name, Free Spirit Running, is the founder of Body & Soul Therapies, and has been influential in the creation of a variety of wellness programs and healing modalities utilized in spas in the Southwest U.S.  Topics of particular interest include: spiritual healing therapies, chakra balancing, aromatherapy, angel communication, past life regression, karmic release therapy, and other spiritual topics.  Many of her students are wellness professionals, including life coaches, RN's, social workers, massage therapists, energy workers and MD's.  Presently, Dena is finalizing several books related to spiritual healing and self-empowerment.  

Barbara Hudak is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master-Teacher, & guest lecturer. For more than 20 years, she has been dedicated to assisting individuals with their physical healing through her nursing profession.  Knowing that there is more to healing than exterior physical issues, she was drawn to Phoenix, Arizona in 1996, where she embarked on a personal spiritual journey.  Over time, she learned techniques that assist with healing "root cause" core emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic issues that frequently, if not always, underlie physical "symptoms".

As an active Reiki Master-Teacher and Practitioner of over ten years and Intuitive Empath, Barb shares messages of healing, self-empowerment and  inspiration to her private practice clients as she encourages them to become aware of, and gently awaken, the powerful healing potential that lies dormant within each of us.
